If you have a recent Yealink T5X phone and a EXP50 expansion module you may find the expansion module get stuck on the WELCOME Initializing screen. Reboots and even the latest Yealink firmware do not seem to fix.
Yealink has released an interim firmware that fixes the issue. Firmware can be downloaded below and needs to be applied manually to the phone affected by the issue.
